The Challenge
Insta360 relied on traditional affiliate coupon and review sites. Creator/video affiliates were untapped — and action cameras are inherently visual products where video review drives purchase intent.
Our Strategy
Designed a creator-first affiliate tier: higher commission (15% vs 8% standard), dedicated product loan program for content creation, co-branded content briefs, and a TikTok Shop integration layer for US creators.
The Results
95 video creator publishers in 6 months, shoppable video links drove 31% higher CVR vs. standard affiliate links, creator GMV grew to 38% of total affiliate revenue.
